27th FEB 2015: 1RM back squat @ 117 kg + 3RM @ 105 kg #PRday

Training at CrossFit Hellerup today with Philler, Mons + good friends. Had lunch with sweet Ditte @ the Laundromat Cafe. 

Training went super fine again.

Strength

Back squat: 105 kg (5 reps) PR – 110 kg (1 rep) – 115 kg (1 rep) – 117 kg (1 rep) PR

WOD

9 min AMRAP:

  • 15 T2B
  • 10 deadlifts @ 35 kg
  • 5 power snatch

Then (no break)

6 min to find 1RM C&J

Went fine. Newer time PR in C&J (82 kg) + 2 x squat clean (85 kg)

Lifting

Snatch from knees + from deep hang: 55 kg (2+2) – 60 kg (1+2) – 62 kg (1+1)

C&J: 65 kg (2+2) – 70 kg (2+2) – 75 kg (1+2) – 80 kg (1+2)

Deadlift clean grip (4 reps): 80-90-100-100 kg

Kilometers

22 km biked

3 km walk
