7th MAR 2015: 3RM back squats @ 110 kg, weightlifting + WOD (row/front squats)

Day # 28 eating clean.

Sleep: 6 hours. I’ve gotten a large burn mark from steaming salmon almost on my entire left under arm. Hurts badly especially in the night. Edema/swell: still there.

Training went super fine again.

Lifting 

@ BVK with Søren.

Back squat (3 reps): 100-105-108110-100-100 kg

Snatch: 55 kg (2 x 2 reps) – 58 kg (1 rep) – 60 kg (1 rep) – 55 kg (2 x 2 reps)

Squat clean bolt (3 reps): 45-55-60-60-60-65-65 kg

Snatch pulls (3 reps): 70-70-75 kg + then 4 high-pulls @ 40 kg

Not bad, not bad!

Gymnastics

3 x 20 sec pull-up hold

3 x 7 deficit strict handstand push-ups (11 reps on paralettes, 10 reps on plates)

WOD

@ CrossFit Hellerup with Søren.

10 rounds for time:

  • 100 m rowing
  • 3 front squats @ 75 kg

Time: 11 min

Cool down

3 min rowing
