First real spring day. Sun’s out and it’s 10+ degrees C in our garden. I love it! Super fine training day again.

Sleep: 9 hours. Edema/swell: same, same.

WOD

15.2 (again)

Result: better than Friday – but not as good as last year…

Endurance

4 km run

Back squat

Back squat: up to singles @ 105-110-115-120 kg PR

Feels great to hit a personal milestone. Everyhing from 95 kg felt heavy today.

WOD

For time:

  • 5 rounds of ‘Cindy’ (5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats)
  • 5 C&J @ 60 kg
  • rounds of ‘Cindy’
  • 4 C&J @ 65 kg
  • 3 rounds of ‘Cindy’
  • 3 C&J @ 70 kg
  • 2 rounds of ‘Cindy’
  • 2 C&J @ 75 kg
  • 1 round of ‘Cindy’
  • 1 C&J @ 80 kg

Time: 20 min

Fun WOD. The 80 kg C&J was easy…..

Gymnastics

  • 3 x 10 reps ring dips
  • 3 x 7 reps supine ring rows
