Day # 32 eating clean.

Training went ok. I was sore from yesterday’s CrossFit madness + just tired.

Took it ‘easy’ today.

Lifting

Back squat: 110 kg (2 reps) – 115 kg (1 rep)

Snatch: up to 63 + 65 kg

C&J: up to 80 kg x 2

Front squat: 3 x 3 reps @ 85 kg

Distance biked

2 x 10 km
