Day # 35 eating clean. Oysters, mussels, wok with fish and shrips, mexifun, chilipickles and smoked herring roe. I really like fish – and chili!

Sleep: 8 hours. Edema/swell: a little better. Head ache again today. Body tired from yesterday’s max day, so I took it easy today.

Lifting

Back squat: 100 kg (3 reps) – 110 kg (1 rep) – 115 kg (1 rep)

Power snatch from knees: up to 50 kg (2 reps) – 55 kg (1 rep) – 57,5 kg (1 rep x 2)

C&J: up to 65 kg (2+2) – 70 kg (1+2) – 75 kg (1+2 x 4)

Clean pulls (4 reps): 85-95-95-100 kg (no belt)

Shoulder pulls (10 reps): 25-25-25-27,5 kg

WOD/finisher

21-15-9 reps:

  • Burpees
  • Box jumps
  • Russian twists @ 16 kg KB
