Day # 36 eating clean.

Sleep: 8,5 hours. Edema/swell: same, same. Horrible head ache. 

Early morning training with Louise. Super fine energy. Body felt light for once.

WOD # 1

CrossFit Open 15.3

Lifting

Back squat: 95 kg (5 reps) – 100 kg (4 reps) – 105 kg (3 reps) – 110 kg (2 reps) – 115 kg (1 rep)

WOD # 2

EMOTM x 16 min:

Odd: 4 shoulder press + 6 push press @ 35 kg

Even: 4 strict pull-ups + 6 butterfly pull-ups

That was it for today. Had to rush to my cousin’s birthday.
