16th MAR 2015: Super lifting day + heavy/gymnastics WOD

Day # 37 eating clean.

Horrible headache today. Swell/edema: worse. Sleep: 8 hours.

Hung out with Polle & Søren today. First at CrossFit Hellerup, then at IK99 Weightlifting Club. Great company. Training went super, but thrusters weren’t that fun with a horrible headache.

Lifting

Back squats: 105 kg (5 reps) PB – 110 kg (1 rep) – 115 kg (1 rep x 2)

WOD

For time:

  • 25 thrusters @ 50 kg
  • 20 ring dips
  • 15 hang power clean & jerks @ 50 kg
  • 10 strict HSPUs
  • 2 min break
  • 100 m prowler push @ 100 kg

Total time: 12:09 min

Lifting

Snatch from deep hang + snatch from floor (1+2 reps): 55-60-60-60-60 kg

Squat clean from hip + split jerk (1+2 reps): 65-70-75-78-80 kg

Deadlift clean grip standing on a 4 cm block: 4 x 4 reps @ 85 kg
