Day # 39 eating clean.

Sleep: 7 hours. Swell/edema + headache: less than yesterday, but still there 😦 Training went SUPER fine though.

Lifting

Back squat (1 rep): 105-110-115 kg (felt heavy today)

Snatch (1 rep): 55-60-65-68-70 kg (yay!)

C&J (1 rep): 65-75-80-80-84-86 kg (yay, again!)

Thrusters (finishing on toes): 4 x 6 reps @ 50 kg

WOD

EMOTM x 16 min:

  • Odd: 2 shoulder press + 4 push press @ 40 kg
  • Even: 5 strict pull-ups + 7 butterfly pull-ups
