 Day # 47 eating clean.

Our 12 weeks health project at work driven by Vdotperformance started today with a great motivational speach by Christian Bitz. Excited to see where it’ll take me. I’ve joined the mindfull/stress sessions. Having been sick for 1+ year has changed a lot for me.

Warm-up

2 rounds:

  • 10 dips

Lifting

Back squat (1 rep): 105-110-115 kg

Power clean: 65 kg (2 reps) – 70 kg (1 rep x 2) – 73 kg (1 rep)

Overhead squat (2 reps): 44-55-65-75 kg

Just some light lifting today.

WOD

  • 50 DUs
  • 50 box jumps
  • 40 DUs
  • 40 KB swings @ 20 kg
  • 30 DUs
  • 30 box jumps
  • 20 DUs
  • 20 KB swings @ 20 kg
  • 10 DUs
  • 10 box jumps

Abs

50 Russian twists @ 15 kg
