27th MAR 2015: Heavy lifting combi day, squats + Open WOD 15.5

Day # 48 eating clean.

Sleep: 7 hours. Edema/swell: better, but still there. Felt tired, but training went super fine. Lifts felt SO light.

Training with Polle & Søren first at CrossFit Hellerup, and then at IK99 weightlifting club.

WOD

15.5 (thrusters UB, need to push harder on the rower)

Lifting

Snatch from low hang + squat snatch: 55 kg (2+2) – 60 kg (2+2 x 2) – 65 kg (1+1)

Power clean + squat clean + split jerk: 65 kg (2+2+2) – 70 kg (2+2+2) – 75 kg (1+1+2) – 77 kg  (1+1+2) PR – 65 kg (2+2+2) – 75 kg (1+1+2) – 80 kg (1 squat clean + 2 jerks)

Snatch pulls: 4 x 4 reps @ 70 kg

Back squat (1 rep): 105-110-115 kg
