 Day # 52 eating clean.

Great afternoon and evening with Polle & Søren. Training af CF Hellerup followed by NOBE aloe vera sugarfree launch event – and finished at Bronx Burger Bar. Great way to finish CrossFit Open 2015. 

Lifting

Took it easy today…

Back squat (1 rep): 105-110-110-115 kg

Bench press (1 rep) : 60-65-70 kg 

Bench press: 20 reps @ 35 kg

Gymnastics/warm-up

Ring dips: 10 reps @ 10 kg + 10 reps @ 5 kg

2 rounds:

  • 15 cal air dyne
  • 7 butterfly pull-ups
  • 8 C2B pull-ups
  • 9 T2B 

WOD

EMOTM x 16 min:

Odd: 200 m row

Even: 20 wallballs (male target)

Finisher

2 ring MUs

Distance biked

15 km
