Quick training today. Super tired (just 5-6 hours of sleep) and tired from a long and great treatment at Physical-Movement this morning.

Back squat (1 rep): 105-110-115-117-119-110 kg

Power snatch + squat snatch (1+2 reps): 55-60-55-55-55-58-55 kg

Power clean + push jerk (1+2 reps): 70-70-73-75-75-75-70-70 kg

Clean pulls from low hang (no belt): 4 x 4 reps @ 85 kg

Numbers still ok for an easy day!
