2nd APR 2015: 78 kg bench press, 120 kg back squat, 2 quick WODs + powerlifting

Day # 54 eating clean.

Training @ CrossFit Hellerup with lots of celebs (2 x Louise, Søren, Kyle, Philler + friends) followed by powerlifting session @ The Gym with coach Karim. I’ll lift a few powerlifting meets this season.

Sleep: 7,5 hours. Edema/swell: bad.

Fine training. Lots of energy.

Strength

Back squat (1 rep): 105-110-115-117-120 kg

Bench press (1 rep): 70-70-74-75-76-77-78 kg

WOD 1

Team WOD with Louise H

48-36 reps:

  • OHS @ 35 kg
  • Target burpees

WOD 2

Team WOD with Louise H

7 min AMRAP:

  • 3 C&J @ 50 kg
  • 6 pull-ups
  • 9 T2B

… Each movement increasing with 3 reps/round

Running

4 km with Louise H = 4/8 (100 km)

Trying to reach 100 km in April (I joined a rowing/running challenge at CrossFit Hellerup).

Powerlifting

  • Bench press: 70 kg (1 rep x 4) – 60 kg (5 reps x 3)
  • Deadlift: up to 125 kg (1 rep) then 5 x 5 reps @ 100 kg (no touch and go)
  • Weighted pull-up (1 rep): 5-10-15-17-18 kg

Distance biked

2 x 7 km
