  • Back squat (1 rep): 110-112-115 kg
  • Some light snatch + C&J

WOD

  • 5 strict pull-ups
  • 10 alt DB snatches @ 20 kg
  • 15 kipping HSPUs
  • 20 box jumps 20”
  • 50 DUs
