Endurance

10 km morning run

Then I met Polle, Pia and Søren in front of CrossFit Hellerup and went for another 3 km run with them.

Lifting

  • Back squat (4 reps): 105 kg
  • Back squat (2 sec down + 2 sec up): 4 x 10 reps @ 65 kg
  • Bench press with stop (5 reps): 60-60-60-65 kg (+ 2 reps @ 70 kg)

WOD

15-10-5 reps:

  • Pull-ups
  • Box jumps 20”
  • Wallballs

Time: 3:30 min

WOD

5 rounds:

  • 400 m run
  • 20 wallballs

Time: 14 min

Distance biked

2 x 5 km

I’m now at 70 km out of the 100 km running challenge in April.

Sleep: 8 hours. Edema/swell: less.
