Day # 72 eating clean.

Working late today, so I joined an advanced CrossFit class at 8PM at CrossFit Gentofte (Posthuset).

I considered doing nothing, but I’m glad I went training (even though the session was super short).

Gymnastics

  • 2 x 5 strict pull-ups
  • 2 x 10 supine ring rows

Strength

Push press (3RM): 55-60-62 kg 

WOD

For time:

21-15-9:

  • KB swings 24 kg
  • Kipping HSPUs

2 min break

21-15-9:

  • Burpees
  • Double-unders

Total time: 9:20 min

Cool down

500 m jog

Distance biked

12+12+2+2 km = 28 km
