Short training session today. I had a horrible night and had a hard time sleeping. Hungry all night and had to get up and eat 3 times. Sleep: 4,5-5 hours. Edema/swell: worse than yesterday. Large negotiation at work, and now I’m just tired.

WOD

Polle and Tomeu joined my WOD today. Thank God for good training buddies on days like this 💙

7 min AMRAP:

  • 3 front squats @ 80 kg
  • 10 ring dips

Result: 6 rounds + 3 FSQ + 5 ring dips

Everything unbroken. Quite proud of that!

Cash-out: 150 double unders 

* each break: 10 wallballs

Time: 2:32 min (and 1 break = 100/50 reps)

Abs

  • 100 Russian twists @ 15 kg
  • 100 bicycle crunches

Running

2,5 km running with Kira

Technique

  • 7 butterfly pull-ups
