I’m now at 98 km out of 100 km which is my goal for April!

Strict work

  • 2 x 7 strict T2B

Lifting

Snatch (1 rep): 55-60-63-63-65-65-68-60-63-66 kg

C&J: 75-80-83-75-82 kg

Front squats (3 reps): 80-85-90 kg + (1 rep): 95-98 kg

Felt fresh, but technique wasn’t totally in place. Went fine though.

WOD
