Horrible DOMS today. Next weightlifting meet: 9th May (Ålborg). Next raw powerlifting meet: 13th May (Ålborg). Trained with Philip Hargett @ IK99 + coach Karim @ The Gym (Copenhagen Powerlifting).

Running

I’m now @ 103 km in April.

Weightlifting

Back squat (1 rep): 100-105-110-115 kg

Snatch from knees + snatch from low hang (1+1 reps): 60-60-60-60-62,5 kg

Clean + front squat + split jerk (1+1+1 reps): 75-75-80 kg

Snatch pulls: 4 x 4 reps @ 65 kg

Powerlifting

Practised lifting signals today.

Bench press with stop + competition signals: 5 x 3 reps @ 60 kg

Deadlift with signals: 5 x 1 rep @ 120 kg

Deadlift: 5 x 3 reps @ 100 kg

BW stuff

  • 2 x 5 strict pull-ups
  • 2 x 10 rack dips
  • Weighted dips (1 rep): 16-20-24-32 kg
