Day # 80 eating clean.

LONG day at work from 8AM-6PM. As part of the health project, we did 20 min mantra meditation in the morning and a 2 hour stress work shop in the afternoon. Super day. Making life style changes is NOT easy at all.

Managed to squeeze in a fast training session after work.

Warm-up

2 rounds:

  • 500 m run
  • 5 strict T2B
  • 7 kipping T2B
  • 7 butterfly pull-ups

WOD

Part a:

Snatch (1 rep): 60-60-65-65-67 kg

Part b:

5 min AMRAP:

  • 5 MUs
  • 10 power cleans @ 50 kg

Gymnastics

  • 2 x 20 sec bent arm ring hold (false grip)
  • 2 x 10 supine ring rows

Distance biked

24 km

In and out in 1 hour. Thanks to Oskar, Søren & Rasmus who joined today’s training.

Sleep: 5 hours (poor). Edema/swell: still there but getting better.
