Day # 81 eating clean.

Sleep: 7 hours (without waking up). Edema/swell: much worse than yesterdat/past weeks. 

Spent most of the day at Herlev Hospital (nefrology dept doing kidney tests, blood tests etc). Also met up with Dorthe Hummel – a status on my ‘3 clean months project’. It’s going well but can always be maximized!

Training at CF Hellerup followed by weightlifting at IK99.

Warm-up

3 rounds:

  • 400 m run
  • 10 alternating OH pistols (broomstik x 2, then 15 kg = easy)

Gymnastics

  • 2 x 40 shoulder touches (super narrow stands, legs together to make it more challenging)

Lifting

  • 1 snatch to 3 snatch balances: 45-55-60-65 kg

WOD

21-15-9 reps:

  • Deadlifts @ 70 kg
  • Box jumps 20”
  • Kipping HSPUs

Time: 4:42 min

Squats

Back squats (1 rep): 95-100-105-110 kg

Running

3 km

Weightlifting

Snatch (1 rep): 64-64-64-64-64-64-65 kg

C&J (1+1 rep): 75-75-80-80-80 kg

Paused front squats (2 sec bottom hold): 80-80-84-84 kg

Distance biked 

20 km
