30th APR 2015: Snatch balance, squats, hang power clean WOD

Day # 82 eating clean. 

I ended at 109 km in the running challenge in April at my CrossFit gym. Joining again tomorrow (May).

Fast training session today. Haven’t done snatch balances for a while. Feels good to do it again.

Warm-up

  • 2 x 40 shoulder touches
  • 2 x 7 strict pull-ups

Lifting

  • Snatch balance (1 rep): 75-80-85 kg
  • Back squat (1 rep): 105-110-115 kg

WOD

EMOTM x 12 min:

  • 12, 11, 10, 9 … 1 reps hang power cleans (starting @ 30 kg)

Result: ended @ 71 kg

Quite grip intense WOD!

Finisher

  • 50 sit-ups @ 10 kg
  • 50 Russian twists @ 15 kg

Distance biked

20 km
