Great training in good company today.

I’ve joined a new challenge this month at CrossFit Hellerup (80 km row/run + 5 workouts). Good fun.

Training at CrossFit Hellerup and then at Bagsværd Weightlifting Club today (our own lifting club was closed due to 1st May).

Squats

Back squats (1 rep): 100-105-110 kg

Gymnastics

3 rounds:

  • 18 m unbroken handstand walk (inkl piroette at 9 m mark)
  • 30 sec ring L-sit hold

Workout

  • 30 cal rowing
  • 30 wallballs @ 6 kg
  • 2 min break
  • 30 cal row
  • 30 wallballs
  • 30 toes to bar
  • 2 min break
  • 30 cal row
  • 30 wallballs
  • 30 toes to bar
  • 30 overhead squats @ 45 kg

Time: 21:04 min

Super cool battle with Polle today. T2B went better than ever.

Lifting

  • Snatch (1 rep): 60-63-65-65-68 (pressout)-60-64-67 kg
  • Clean and jerk (1 rep): 75-80-83-81 kg
  • 2 clean pulls from low hang + 1 clean pull from floor x 4 sets @ 85 kg

Distance biked

2 x 5 km

Sleep: 8 hours.
