Lifting

  • Front squat (1 rep): 90-95-97-100 kg
  • Power snatch (2 reps): 45-50-55-55 kg
  • Power clean (2 reps): 65-65-67-70 kg
  • Snatch balance (1 rep): 70-75-80 kg
