Outdoor training in the sun @ CrossFit Hellerup today. I love it!

Running

2,4 km

Lifting

  • Back squat (5 reps): 55-65-76-85-95-100 kg
  • Bench press (10 reps, narrow grip): 4 x 10 reps @ 50 kg

WOD

21-15-9 reps for time:

  • OHS @ 30 kg
  • Box jumps 20”

Time: 3:55 min

Cool down

600 m run

Distance biked

2 x 5 km

Spent the rest of the day in our garden making bonfire and chillin’ in the sun with good friends.
