Day 87 eating clean (and the progress from day 1). Not pleasant to watch. A kind reminder to stay on track.

Lifting

  • Light speed work C&J up to 70-70-72 kg

Gymnastics

EMOTM x 7 min:

  • 5 strict chin-ups
  • 5 strict HSPUs

Chin-ups for sure the hard part throughout all 7 min. HSPUs = active rest.

Squat

Back squat (1 rep): 105-110-115-117 kg (super easy today) ⭐️

WOD

For time:

  • 200 m outdoor prowler push @ 100 kg
  • 20 power cleans @ 60 kg
  • 20 split jerks @ 60 kg

Time: 14 min

I like prowler push. The power cleans were (mentally) hard. Split jerk: sets of 5s. At least they were easy.

Core

3 rounds:

  • 10 GHD sit-ups
  • 10 GHD back ext
