Gotta love spring in Copenhagen – and being able to bike everywhere!

Last long training day prior to Saturday’s lifting meet (Danish Championships in weightlifting for teams in Ålborg).

Lifted with Philler, Søren & Mainz today. Great crew.  

Running

10 km in the morning 

4 km in the afternoon with Søren

Gymnastics

  • Strict pull-ups: 4 x 5 reps
  • Monkey bar walk: 3 x
  • Dips: 20 reps (unbroken)

Lifting

  • Snatch: 8 x 1 rep @ 60 kg (no straps)
  • C&J: 4 x 1 rep @ 70 kg
  • Front squat (6 reps): 65-75-78-81 kg

Distance biked

19 km
