Day # 92 eating clean (I’m aiming towards 6 clean months now).

Back from Ålborg. Great to be home. Quick training session at CF Hellerup in great company (Polle & Tomeu). I was tired. Really tired. Bench press went really well!

WOD

4 rounds for time:

  • 400 m run
  • 15 wallballs
  • 15 KB swings 24 kg

Time: 13:28 min (done outdoor in the rain, refreshing ☔️)

Squats

Back squat: 4 x 3 reps @ 100 kg

Bench press

Bench press: 60 kg (5 reps) – 65 kg (5 reps) – 70 kg (5 reps) PB – 75 kg (2 reps)

Gymnastics

  • Handstand walk: 3 x 12 m
  • Strict pull-ups: 3 x 5 reps

Biking

8 km

Sleep: 3 hours = swell 😰
