Running

4 km running with Karina & Søren

Fun

4 x Monkey walk (outdoor rack)

Weightlifting

Back squat: 3 x 5 reps @ 87,5 kg

Snatch balance: 4 x 3 reps @ 65 kg

Snatch from knees + from low hang + from floor (1+1+1): 50-52-55-55-55 kg

Clean pulls from low hang: 4 x 4 reps @ 85 kg

Alternating front rack lunges (10 reps): 45-45-50-55 kg

Gymnastics

7 rounds:

  • 6 strict chin-ups
  • 6 strict HSPUs

42 strict reps of each movement. Not bad, not bad – and an improvement for sure!

Distance biked

21 km

Sleep: 7 hours. Edema/swell: better.

Our female team from IK99 qualified to the Nordic Championships in weightlifting for teams by winning the Danish Championships for teams. Tina and I was told by our coach todat that we will be going head to head in a lift off in the beginning of August to determine who gets the spot. Good stuff.
