Day # 94 eating clean.

Training at CrossFit Hellerup with Polle, Louise, Tomeu, Søren & Stinne. I 💙 Tuesday sessions!

Squats

Back squat: 105 kg (3 reps) – 110 kg (2 reps) – 115 kg (1 rep)

Slowly adding some more reps to my squat again.

WOD

2 small WODs.

5 min:

  • 10 hang power snatch @ 35 kg
  • 10 burpee box jumps 20”

4 min:

  • 25 KB press @ 2 x 16 kg
  • 50 ball throws
  • 75 double-unders

Louise and I practised parts of the WODs for the 4th Danish Fitness League competition on Sunday.

Gymnastics

  • 10 min handstand walk obstacle lane + handstand hold
  • Strict HSPUs: 21 reps unbroken
  • Strict ring dips: 15 reps unbroken

Not maxing out at all.

Press

Shoulder press: 3 x 5 reps @ 40 kg ⭐️

WOD

5 rounds for time:

  • 25 cal row (no airdyne available today)
  • 15 pull-ups 
  • 15 push-press @ 35 kg

Time: 19:57 min

Pull-ups: 8-7 reps. Push press: unbroken. 75 pull-ups in a WOD used to be a lot for me. Went ok today.

Distance biked

28 km in the rain ☔️

Sleep: poor (4 hours). Swell/edema: worse than yesterday.

Mindfullness: 20 min breathing meditation today with our great coach (part of the health project at work).
