Squat

Back squat (3 reps): 100-100-105-107 kg ⭐️

Lifting

Squat snatch (speed work): just up to 1 rep @ 55-60-62 kg

Gymnastics

7 rounds:

  • 8 T2B
  • 8 ring dips

Tough, but went really well.

WOD

For time:

  • 300 m row
  • 30 sec rest
  • 50 wallballs 
  • 30 sec rest
  • 25 deadlifts @ 90 kg
  • 30 sec rest
  • 25 meter handstand walk

Total time: 10:31 min

Distance biked

2 x 5 km
