16th May 2015: Easy Saturday training (competition tomorrow)

Was out yesterday = really tired today. Competition tomorrow (Danish Fitness League with Louise Hedelund), so I didn’t do much today.


  • Power snatch: 3 x 2 reps @ 55 kg
  • 1 power clean + 2 split jerks: 65-65-65-65-70-70-70-70 kg
  • Back squat: 2 x 2 reps @ 100 kg
  • Bench press (5 reps): 55-60-65 kg
  • Overhead squat press up (starting in the squat position): 1 rep @ 60-65-70-75 kg (easy and in running shoes)


  • Hollow rock: 100 reps
  • Russian twists: 50 reps @ 15 kg
  • Handstand walk: 2 x 10 meter

Spent the rest of the day slow cooking the Danish dish ‘tarteletter‘ with fresh white and green aspargus in a glutenfree version.
