Lifting @ IK99 + CrossFit @ CF Hellerup. Super fine training day.
Lifting

Snatch balance (1 rep): 75-80-85 kg ⭐️

Snatch (1 rep): 60-62,5-65-67 kg ⭐️

Used belt for the first time. Worked well.

C&J (1+1 rep): 65-75-80(fail, blackout)-75-80 kg

Front squat (3 reps): 85-90-92 kg ⭐️

BW strength

  • Strict chin-ups: 10 reps UB
  • Strict dips: 20 reps UB

WOD

4 rounds:

  • Rope climb (5-3-2-1 reps)
  • 1 squat snatch @ 60 kg
  • 2 squat snatch @ 55 kg
  • 3 squat snatch @ 50 kg
  • 4 squat snatch @ 45 kg

Each round: just about 2 min
