  • Strict ring MUs: 1+1+2+2 reps
  • 800 m run

Squats

Back squat (1 rep): 100-105-110 kg

Skills

5 rounds:

  • 20 m prowler (+ 25 kg bumper plate)
  • 1 L-sit rope climb
  • 1 legless rope climb

  • 20 alternating pistols
