Hectic week at work before leaving for Club La Santa Sport (Lanzerote, canarian islands, Spain) on Friday for 2 weeks.

Squats

Back squat: 4 x 6 reps @ 100 kg

First time I’ve done 24 reps @ 100 kg in 1 training session. Went well.

Lifting

Snatch: 60 kg (1 rep) – 63 kg (1 rep) – 65 kg (1 rep) – 60 kg (2 reps)

1 power clean + 3 split jerks: 65-70-70-70 kg

Clean pulls (standing on a 4 cm block): 3 x 4 reps @ 85 kg – 1 x 4 reps @ 90 kg (no belt)

Super fine session!
