Got up at 4AM to catch the morning flight to Club La Santa Sport. 5+ hours of flying, 1 hour by bus and hardly no sleep. Just moved a little today.

Run

3 km jog

Strength

Back squats: 100 kg (3 reps) – 110 kg (1 rep)

Thrusters: 4 x 6 reps @ 40 kg

WOD

21-15-9 reps:

  • Push-ups
  • Box jumps 20”

Finisher

50 Russian twists @ 20 kg
