Woke up with a little feaver, so took it easy today.

:::MORNING:::

Back squat (1 rep): up to 110 kg

:::AFTERNOON:::

Friendly CrossFit Challenge @ CrossFit Lanzarote (great box, amazing and friendly owners and members).

WOD 1A

4 min AMRAP:

  • 9 thrusters @ 35 kg
  • 6 burpees

1 min break

WOD 1B

3 min AMRAP:

  • Max reps C&J @ 45 kg

WOD 2

12-9-6 reps:

  • Power snatch @ 35 kg
  • SDHP @ 35 kg
  • Cash-out: 600 m run
