  • 2 min run
  • 10 alternating pistols
  • 5 push-ups

Distance: 3,8 km + 11 rounds of pistols and push-ups

Upper body strength

2 x 10 rack dips

21-15-9 reps:

  • Kettlebell swings @ 16 kg
  • SDHP @ 16 kg KB

That’s it. I need a day without doing so much!
