I liked the upper body exercises a lot.

1 km swimming in the lagoon


‘1/2 strict Cindy’

10 rounds:

  • 5 strict pull-ups
  • 10 push-ups
  • 15 air squats

Strict pull-ups got tough from round 7 and on. 50 strict reps is still a pretty cool number to hit in 1 session.

That’s it!

Spent the rest of the day on a fun treasure hunt with my son, family + friends. Perfect day.
