75 min intermediate TRX training today. The upper body movements are perfect assistance training for me.

Warm-up

3 x

  • 14 box jumps 20”
  • 7 air squats
  • 7 split jerks 40 kg

Lifting

  • Back squat: 20 reps @ 80 kg (will try 85 kg next time)
  • Snatch grip push press (3 reps): 45-55-60-62,5 kg

WOD

I trained with 3 other crossfitters today. We did my WOD as a team WOD in teams of 2 (you go, I go-style). Good fun.

15 min AMRAP:

  • 15 thrusters @ 35 kg
  • 15 KB swings @ 16 k
  • 15 box jumps 24”

Result: ?? (I totally lost count)

We divided 50/50 and kept going unbroken.
