Lifting

Took it easy today. First real lifting session in 2+ weeks.

Back squat: 85 kg (3 reps) – 90 kg (3 reps) – 95 kg (3 reps) – 100 kg (1 rep) – 105 kg (1 rep) – 102 kg (1 rep)

Snatch: 54 kg (2 reps) – 56 kg (2 reps) – 60 kg (1 rep)

Clean from hip + clean from low hang + clean from floor + split jerk (1+1+1+1): 55-60-60-60 kg

Clean deadlift (3 reps): 85-85-90 kg (no belt)

WOD

Behind on some skill work, so incorporated them in a WOD.

4 rounds:

  • 4 butterfly pull-ups
  • 5 strict T2B
  • 6 T2B
  • 7 thrusters @ 40 kg
  • 8 burpee over the box jumps 24”

Biking

2 x 5 km
