20 min training session at home today before our guests arrived.

Warm-up

3 rounds:

  • 14 box jumps 20”
  • 7 air squats
  • 7 DB split jerks @ 2 x 16 kg
  • 10 Chinese side bends @ 20 kg barbell

Strength

Back squat: 4 x 6 reps @ 75 kg

Good mornings: 3 x 10 reps @ 35 kg

Shoulder press: 3 x 5 reps @ 35 kg

This week I’m undergoing lots of tests at the hospital. 3 days of testing. Last day tomorrow (this week).
