Back squats (6 reps): 85-89-90-90 kg

3 reps snatch push press + 3 reps OHS (2 sec bottom hold): 45-55-60-65 kg ⭐️

WOD

I joined today’s class @ CrossFit Hellerup. Prowler team WOD with Allan.

20 min AMRAP:

  • 40 prowler sprint *
  • EMOTM for the first 10 min: 5 front squats @ 50 kg
  • EMOTM for the last 10 min: 5 DL @ 70 kg

Prowler weight: 0-5 min: 100 kg, 5-10 min: 75 kg, 10-15 min: 50 kg, 15-20 min: 25 kg

Result: 36 x 40 m prowler runs
