Training with Tomeu & Allan @ CrossFit Hellerup. I really love Sunday sessions.

Lifting

Front squats (2 reps): 50-70-75-80-85 kg

Front squat: 3 x 2 reps @ 75 kg

Front squats: 10 reps @ 70 kg

Deadlift (no belt): 3 x 10 reps @ 85 kg

WOD

3 rounds:

  • 3 squat snatch @ 45 kg
  • 2 squat snatch @ 55 kg
  • 1 squat snatch @ 60 kg
  • 3 MUs
  • 3 squat clean @ 45 kg
  • 2 squat clean @ 55 kg
  • 1 squat clean @ 60 kg
  • 3 min rest between rounds

Don’t remember the time/round. I was done after17:something min, I think 😳 That WOD really hit me hard. 2nd round went best, if I should find something positive

Gymnastics

Behind on my skills this week, so I finished with a long gymnastics session…
