Rest day yesterday + trained light today. I’ve been really tired.

WOD

Training on the beach šŸŠšŸ¼

  • 1,5 km run

Then

5 rounds:

  • 10 push-ups
  • 10 atomic sit-ups
  • 10 burpees

Then

1,5 km run

Gymnastics/BW

  • TRX upper body fun
  • Ring dips: 20 reps
  • Ring rows: 20 reps
  • Handstand walk

More running

2 + 2 + 2 km
