  Windy/rainy day today in Rørvig. Went for a dip in the ocean – felt great.

  • 5 shoulder press @ 2 x 16 kg DBs
  • 10 push press @ 2 x 16 kg DBs
  • 20 lunges @ 2 x 16 kg DBs
  • 4 shoulder press @ 2 x 16 kg DBs
  • 8 push press @ 2 x 16 kg DBs
  • 16 lunges @ 2 x 16 kg DBs
  • 3 shoulder press @ 2 x 16 kg DBs
  • 6 push press @ 2 x 16 kg DBs
  • 12 lunges @ 2 x 16 kg DBs
  • 2 shoulder press @ 2 x 16 kg DBs
  • 4 push press @ 2 x 16 kg DBs
  • 8 lunges @ 2 x 16 kg DBs
  • 1 shoulder press @ 2 x 16 kg DBs
  • 2 push press @ 2 x 16 kg DBs
  • 4 lunges @ 2 x 16 kg DBs

I’ve tried this WOD before but with belt, a 35 kg barbell and lifting belt. It was much harder today in running shoes, no belt, on the grass – and with 2 DBs instead of a barbell.
