Training @ Hornbæk Fitness while visiting friends in Hornbæk. 

Squat

Back squat (5 reps): 60-70-75-80-85-90-85-80-75-70-60 kg

Complex # 1

3 rounds:

  • 10 shoulder press @ 30 kg
  • 5 shoulder press from the neck (wide grip) @ 30 kg
  • 10 good mornings @ 30 kg
  • 10 Chinese side bends @ 30 kg

Complex # 2

3 rounds:

  • 5 pull-ups
  • 10 rack dips

WOD

21-15-9 reps:

  • Kettlebell swings @ 20 kg
  • Box jumps 30”

That’s it. In and out in 50 min.
