3 rounds:

  • 10 overhead walking lunges @ 2 x 16 kg DBs
  • 10 1-arm rows @ 16 kg DB (each arm)
  • 10 push-ups @ 20 kg (my son)
  • 10 V-ups
  • 10 ring dips
  • 5 ring pull-ups
  • 10 strict handstand push-ups
  • 10 alternating pistols

Run

5 km + a swim in the ocean
