More strength training. Lots of lifting this period in order to regain strength.

Training in the sun @ CrossFit Hellerup with Søren, Pia & Tomeu. Great crew.

Squats

Back squats: 8 x 3 reps @ 85 kg

Snatch

EMOTM x 5 min: 1 squat snatch @ 48 kg

– 2 min break –

EMOTM x 5 min: 1 squat snatch @ 52 kg

Power jerk

Power jerk:

  • 6 reps @ 50 kg
  • 5 reps @ 52 kg
  • 4 reps @ 55 kg
  • 3 reps @ 60 kg
  • 3 reps @ 65 kg (easy ⭐️)
  • 3 x 3 reps @ 60 kg

Deadlift

Deadlift:

  • 15 reps @ 70 kg
  • 10 reps @ 82 kg
  • 5 reps @ 94 kg
  • 10 reps @ 82 kg
  • 15 reps @ 75 kg

Pull-ups

Strict pull-ups: 2 x 5 reps (5 sec down)

Lunges

Overhead walking lunges (barbell):

  • 12 meter @ 45 kg
  • 10 meter @ 55 kg
  • 12 meter @ 45 kg

Biking

2 x 6 km
