Outdoor training with Tomeu @ CrossFit Hellerup today. I was quite sore from training Friday and Saturday. Fine session though. It’s been 2 great weeks of vacation. Back to work tomorrow for 1 week followed by another week of vacation. Not bad, not bad.

Strength

Shoulder press (3 reps): 35-36-37-38-36-36-35 kg

Clean pulls from low hang: 4 x 2 reps @ 85 kg

Dips (5 sec down): 6-6-4-2-2 reps (total: 20 reps)

WOD

21-15-9 reps for time:

  • HSPUs
  • Box jumps 20”
  • KB swings 16 kg

Time: 5:08 min

Biking

2 x 5 km
